Welcome to the world of Akole Taluka Education Society (ATES). It gives me an immense pleasure to talk about ATE Society through my Presidential note. ATE Society was created by visionary people of Akole taluka who care about service and want to promote value of education to the society in general. Our Managing Trustee Hon. Madhukarrao Pichad Saheb develops this society into next level. 

                 This education society was established in the year 1972, and it started the first Senior College by collecting one rupee each from the laborers in the EGS. This money was used to run the college in the initial stage. The college has now turned into a big banyan tree and has expanded into many branches. It includes Junior College (11th and 12th), Senior College (Arts, Commerce and Science). The undergraduate courses like B.A.B.Com. B.Sc., BCA, BBA, BCS and post graduate courses like M.A. MCom. MSc are conducted through this college. The college also runs a Research Centre for Ph.D in Geography.

                 Apart from senior college at Akole, ATE Society also runs senior colleges at Samsherpur, Kotul and Shendi. Our visionary trustees started MBA, MCA, Polytechnic College for facilitating higher and technical education.

As a well-known and respected institution, we uphold the highest academic standards along with strict rules of behavior. This helps us get an exceptional amount of outstanding results. I strongly believe that education is crucial to a country's advancement, so we will do everything we can to give each student the best educational opportunities they can get. 

                As students, you will about to cross an important bridge in your lives. Going to college is an important moment in one's life. You are the one who needs to walk across that bridge to reach your goal. The future's victory comes from the hard work of today. Your later years will depend on how much time and work you put in now.
